Tuscani Pointe was envisioned by owners Rob & Sabrina Eaton to be a community center with restaurants, retail and office space in the heart of Desert Hills. Construction began January 18, 2004 and was completed nine months later with the first tenants moving in on October 18, 2004. The beautiful Mediterranean architecture is a refreshing change over our often-overused southwestern design. Beautiful fountains at the building apex are constructed from quarried stone out of a remote area of southern Mexico. Authentic limestone augments much of the rooflines and windows while the stamped colored concrete walks, add character to the building. Artist Timothy Chapman's creative murals can be seen throughout the rotunda giving us a warm feel of the Tuscan countryside.
